Questions
Do they run true to size?
Yes, with a generous toe box. If you wear half sizes, have a wider foot or fall between sizes, go up one so your toes have room to splay. Sizes are unisex and listed as men's / women's, so M9 / W10 is one size.
Are they soft like other recovery slides?
No. Phase has structure and arch support, so your foot doesn't sink in. The textured SEED footbed can feel noticeable at first, especially if your feet have been in heavily cushioned shoes for years. Most people find it feels like a massage.
Can I wear them all day?
Yes. They're made for the window right after you finish, and plenty of people wear them around the house or as everyday footwear.
Are they good for plantar fasciitis?
Phase is built for active recovery, not orthopedic treatment. If you have an acute injury or a diagnosed condition, check with a healthcare provider first.
How long do they last?
With regular use, Phase is designed to last 1–3 years, depending on how much you wear it. They're water-friendly and dry quickly.
