Need to return or exchange your slides? Review the requirements below, then start your request through our return portal.
NAMU allows 30 days from the shipment date to return or exchange any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namufootwear.com, as long as all return requirements are met.

NAMU allows 30 days from the shipment date to return any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namufootwear.com if all NAMU return requirements are met.
Important Return Requirements
Any NAMU product being returned must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of shipment.
- Slides must be new, unused, have original tags, and include original packaging.
- Slides with signs of use, wear, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
- Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Returns are only available for products purchased from namufootwear.com.
- If any return requirements are not met, the return will not be approved.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.
Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are processed as store credit, not a direct product-for-product swap, so store credit can be used toward any product on namufootwear.com.
Return or Exchange Process
Start your request through our return portal and follow the steps below. Make sure to have your order number or the email address used to place your original order ready.
Visit our Return Portal by clicking the “Start Your Return” button below.
Select the items you want to return, choose your reason, review, and submit.
If applicable, provide a brief description of any issues and upload clear photos.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Follow the instructions provided in your email confirmation.
Package your return products securely and drop them off at the carrier location.
Returns will be sent to 26895 Aliso Creek Road B191, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.
After we receive, inspect, and approve your return, your request will be issued.
