Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your NAMU purchase. If your order is not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the requirements below.

Return Policy

NAMU accepts returns on eligible products purchased directly from namufootwear.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and any included materials.
  • Products with signs of wear, use, damage, stains, odors, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
  • Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are only available for products purchased directly from namufootwear.com.

If your return does not meet these requirements, it may not be approved or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is received and passes inspection.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed as store credit, which can be used to purchase another size, color, or product on namufootwear.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Photos may be required to help us evaluate the issue.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.
  3. Select the item you want to return or exchange.
  4. Choose your reason and submit your request.
  5. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
  6. Package your item securely and drop it off with the selected carrier.
