NAMU offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. We work to get your order packed, processed, and moving as quickly as possible so you can get back to recovery.

Free U.S. Shipping

NAMU offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. No discount code is required. Free shipping will be available at checkout for eligible U.S. shipping addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier receives your package, not when the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NAMU is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Carrier Delays

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, regional delays, and other events outside of our control may affect delivery.

NAMU is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has shipped, but we will do our best to help you look into any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building, your mailbox area, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier first.

NAMU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you with next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help make it right.

International Shipping

Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

If international shipping is available at checkout, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier timelines, and destination country requirements.
